Northshore Magazine Announces Clark School’s Full-Tuition Scholarships
Applications must be completed by June 30, 2016 and are available to incoming freshmen & sophomores
Clark School, a private independent school founded in 1978 to provide a unique and individualized approach to education, has received a grant from an alumni to provide full tuition for up to five eligible teens to attend the Clark School starting this fall.
The full tuition scholarships are open to incoming freshmen and sophomore students for the 2016/17 school year. To qualify for a scholarship, students must be new to Clark School, have a minimum of a “B” average for the last two years, submit a personal essay or video on a predetermined theme, and submit two letters of reference. Financial need is not a requirement to apply for the scholarship, but special consideration will be given to low income families.
“We are very thankful to the Clark School alumnus that is making this scholarship possible and respect his decision to remain anonymous,” said Jeff Clark, Head of School. “At Clark School we don’t teach to the test, we teach for success. We look forward to reviewing the many applications we expect to receive for these very generous scholarships.”
Tuition at Clark School is competitively priced at $18,000 per each year of high school. This scholarship will save families up to $72,000 in tuition. Activity fees are not included in the scholarship and technology requirements apply.
