Danvers’ Insight Performance named in BBJ as one of the best places to work

Insight Performance, a human resources and employee benefits consulting firm with headquarters in Danvers and Dedham, is one of 80 companies named 2016 Best Places to Work in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal.

Nearly 300 companies qualified for consideration and completed the nomination process.  Companies were evaluated on the results of more than 33,000 employee-engagement surveys.

Employees answered questionnaires that addressed such factors as their pride in the company, company encouragement, support and recognition of achievement and relationships with co-workers and supervisors. The results were analyzed and scored by employee-performance research firm Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska.

Insight Performance new hire Adam Brodeur featured in Portsmouth Herald

Insight performance hires Brodeur 

DEDHAM, Mass. – Insight Performance, a human resources and employee benefits consulting firm, announced it has hired Adam Brodeur of Portsmouth as account manager.

Brodeur is responsible for providing day-to-day internal support to consultants and clients. He will assist in new plan set up, implementation support, maintaining client databases of plan designs, costs, contacts, and other benefit program features for the Health & Wellness team in the benefits division at Insight.

Before joining Insight, Brodeur worked as an analyst of premium administration at Long Term Care Partners, a federal contractor in Portsmouth. In this role he was responsible for managing relationships with internal and external partners, including sixteen governmental agencies.

Brodeur holds a bachelor of science degree in healthcare management and policy from the University of New Hampshire.

Survey Finds this year is the year for companies to “Solidify and Profit”

Trend towards business improvement  

 Dedham, Mass. – February 18, 2015 – Insight Performance, a human resources consulting and employee benefits firm, has issued results from its fourth annual Human Resources Programs & Business Climate survey. The survey, conducted in partnership with the Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE) consists of respondents primarily of New England businesses ranging in size. Respondents were asked to identify trends regarding business conditions, hiring and employee benefits and programs.

Insight Performance donates to Plummer House

Tuesday, January 13, 2015: Insight Performance, with offices in Danvers and Dedham, has donated 25 Under Armor duffle bags to the Plummer Home in Salem. The bags were on the Plummer Home residents’ holiday wish list. The Plummer Home provides adolescents innovative support and services, in a safe and nurturing environment, to build the skills and relationships necessary for successful adulthood.
